Your Polaris Xpedition Plow Pricing Guide: How Much Is Too Much?

The Polaris Xpedition is still the new kid on the block, only arriving in 2024, so plenty of owners are heading into their first winter wondering what a plow setup actually runs on this beast. Seven complete kits fit the Xpedition on our site, priced from $723.00 for KFI’s system up to $1,701.13 for a Moose V-Plow. Six of the seven stay under $1,000. The two add-ons we price here are $37.95 and $57.99, and the winch that raises the blade is never part of the kit.

Xpedition Snow Plow Blade Sizes
Angle is where a wide blade gives back some of its width. Moose lists exact figures for its straight blades: a 66-inch blade clears 60.25 inches when angled, and a 72-inch blade clears 64. Plan your size around the angled number if you push snow to the side more than straight ahead. The blades available:
- KFI: Pro-S steel or a Pro-Poly face with a replaceable panel, 60 to 72 inches
- Moose straight: 66 or 72 inches, flap included on both
- Eagle Plow: three charcoal widths plus an extra-wide 80-inch option
- Denali Pro Series: 12-gauge steel with a county-style curve, two widths
- Moose poly: 1/8-inch high-density polyethylene over steel ribs in two sizes
- Kolpin Conqueror: the widest poly blade in the group at 84 inches
- Moose V-Plow: adjustable wings with several plowing positions, 72 or 82 inches across
What Each Polaris Xpedition Snow Plow Kit Costs
Every price in the grid is a starting point. The blade, push tube and extras you choose on the product page decide what you actually pay. Eagle charges $149.99 in shared freight and the Conqueror $59.99, while the other five show no freight line.

Xpedition Snow Plow Add-Ons and Winch Planning
Every kit here depends on a winch to lift the blade. A 2,500 to 3,500 lb unit is plenty for plowing duty, and 6,000 lb gives you room if the winch also handles recovery pulls. KFI is the only brand here with an Xpedition winch mount option on its kit page, tucking the winch behind the front bumper, so check our Xpedition winches before you settle on a plow.
A plow strap takes the repeated up-and-down wear that would otherwise land on the same stretch of winch line at the fairlead. The Sport Concept strap below runs 70 inches long with a forged steel hook.

Fitting a Snow Plow to a Lifted, Tracked or Special-Edition Xpedition
Plowing With a Lifted Xpedition
Lifts are common on the Xpedition, with 2-, 3- and even 6-inch kits on the market (browse our Xpedition lift kits), and any of them can tip a plow blade out of level. KFI offers leveling kits sized for -1 through +6 inches of lift. Denali’s lift push tubes suit machines with skid plates and a 13- to 17-inch clearance.
Plowing With a Tracked Xpedition
A track kit needs a longer reach so the blade stays clear of the tracks while turning. KFI adds 10.33 inches with its bracket, and Eagle and Kolpin each sell a track-length push tube. Denali has one as well, but it cannot be paired with the Denali Hydro-Turn.
Xpedition Trims and Plow Mounts
KFI covers every Xpedition model with one mount, though its listing warns that some High Lifter and Waterfowl Editions will not accept it. Eagle currently lists mounts for the 2025 ADV and XP only. Kolpin’s mount adds a 2-inch front receiver, and the Denali Pro listing mentions a mount without offering one to select, so call before ordering that kit.
Xpedition Gear to Round Out a Plow Setup
- Windshields: stop blade spray before it reaches the seats
- Lighting: short winter days mean plenty of plowing after dark
- Tires: a winter-ready tread keeps the Xpedition pushing on packed snow
- Mirrors: easier backing up and blade-end checks from the seat
When to Order an Xpedition Snow Plow
Freight tends to run slower from November through January. An early fall order gives you a window to bolt everything on and test it before the first real storm. Install instructions are posted for most of these kits if you want to read up first.
The most common warranty is between 3-6 months, but Everything Polaris XPEDITION does offer extended 1- and 2-year warranties on all products if that is something you are interested in — you can add the extended warranty right at checkout.
