AJK Offroad Has Designed These Xpedition Vented Door Inserts To Allow Fresh Air To Flow In Your Cab, Air Block Off Available To Seal Cab Off
These lower doors are a 3-piece design: the outside frame, the hexagon mesh, and the back washer plate. The hexagon mesh is able to come in multiple different colors from your selection above. These are designed as Polaris Xpedition vented door inserts to bolt into your factory doors.
With these Polaris Xpedition Vented Lower Doors, you will need to cut the opening in the factory doors. Design these to fit in the center of your lower door, and you will just need to cut out the inlay of your door. After you cut the inlay out, you will need to drill a couple holes through your factory door, use the supplied hardware, and bolt our doors to the factory doors.
These lower doors are CNC laser cut from.0625-thick aluminum and then powder-coated black. Hexagon mesh is also CNC laser cut from.0625-thick aluminum and then powder coated in the color of your choice. We powder coat the hexagon mesh a different color than the main frame to make your Xpedition stand out.
